| The two photos on the left are “before” and “after” versions of a photo that was badly faded. It's typical of photos taken in the 50s, and even though not that old, they can bring back happy memories when restored. |
On the right, the original ghostly sepia image isn't even a photograph. It's silver residue that transferred from the original photo onto the back of another image placed in the frame some 75+ years earlier. The original photo had been lost, but this ghostly image was of great curiosity to our client. After restoration, our client recognized her great aunt at a younger age than in any other extant photos. She was delighted! |
